How this tool works

  1. Set the reporting period (month, quarter, or year) and your company details.
  2. Enter the raw counts for that period once. Every KPI is calculated from them, so you never type the same number twice.
  3. Set your own target for each KPI. The scorecard flags each one green, amber, or red against your target and direction.
  4. Save the report to build a history, then export it as a PDF, a slide image, or a CSV for the review meeting.

Report setup

Everything here prints on the report header. The period is a label only, so name it however your business does (for example "Q3 2026" or "FY25").

Targets are yours to set. The defaults below are only a common starting point, not an industry rule. Change every target to what your customers, contracts, and management actually require.

Period data

The raw counts for this period. Leave any you do not track blank, and the KPIs that need them will simply show as not reported. Nothing is assumed for you.

Scorecard

Each KPI shows its result, the exact calculation behind it, your target, and a status. Trend lines appear once you have saved two or more reports of the same period type.
