LiteSpec was created by Amrinder Brar, a glass industry professional with hands-on experience as both a Supervisor and Quality Control Technician at glass manufacturing facilities.
After years on the shop floor, inspecting lites, running QC processes, working with ASTM standards, and collaborating with architects and engineers on specifications, Amrinder noticed that the technical knowledge needed to work confidently with architectural glass was scattered, jargon-heavy, and hard to access for people just getting started in the industry.
LiteSpec is the resource he wished existed: clear, accurate, North American content on every aspect of flat glass, built so that anyone in the industry, from apprentice glaziers to experienced specifiers, can grow in their career with confidence.
